Please do not, under any circumstances, upload .tif, vector, or illustrator files to this area.
”PX” refers to pixels, a unit of measurement for the length and width of your images. You can resize images by pixel using photo editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop.
Seeing a red X where you should be seeing an image?
Verify that the image has not been accidentally deleted from the your media library.
Verify the image is saved in “RGB” (web format) format. Images that are saved as “CMYK” (printing format) may not upload or display properly. You can verify this using image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
Image not uploading properly?
Verify it is a supported file type, as detailed above.
Make sure that there are no Question Marks, Quotation Marks, or other special characters in the file name. These can cause errors in the system when trying to display an image.
