Please review the following training materials on how to edit your ePageCity website:
This step will cover logging into your website, resetting your password and the admin bar.
This step will cover the creation and management of basic pages.
This step will cover the text editor, text formatting, adding images & hyperlinks, and embedding video.
Once you complete all aforementioned tutorial videos, please complete & submit the practical test & quiz.
Once you’ve completed all the aforementioned tutorial videos and submitted your practical test & quiz, an ePageCity representative will follow up with you to schedule a brief Q&A session. This session will be held over the phone and through the use of our screen-sharing software, Zoom. During the Q&A we will:
- Walk through any features not covered in the tutorial videos
- Walk through any custom components/features that are unique to your website
- Answer any questions you may have about the CMS
Once the Q&A is complete you’ll then be added to the site as a verified user able to receive CMS support in the future as needed.
