Please review the following training materials on how to edit your ePageCity website:
This covers logging into your website, resetting your password, & the admin bar.
This covers creating, editing & reordering basic pages.
This covers adding & editing content to your site through the use of Bands or Blocks.
Verify that you’ve reviewed all the required training materials and are ready to schedule your Q&A.
Once we receive confirmation that you’ve reviewed all the aforementioned tutorial videos, an ePageCity representative will follow up with you to schedule a brief Q&A session. This session will be held over the phone and through the use of our screen-sharing software, Zoom. During the Q&A we will:
- Walk through any features not covered within the tutorial videos
- Walk through any custom components/features that are unique to your website
- Answer any questions you may have about the CMS
Once the Q&A is complete you’ll then be added to the site as a verified user able to receive CMS support in the future as needed.
